Dr. Robyn Blatt

General Dentist with special interest in dentistry for children

Dr. Robyn Blatt has built a solid reputation over the past 25 years, based on her commitment to excellence in dentistry, patient comfort, and open communication. Over the course of her dental career, she has taken numerous hours of continuing education to ensure that she is providing the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Blatt was born in Toronto and graduated first class with a Bachelor of Science from York University. She then completed her dental degree at the University of Western Ontario in 1997. Following this, she was one of four graduates selected to a challenging dental residency at the Hospital for Sick Children. Robyn spent the next seven years working in a children’s dental practice before joining her family’s practice at Blatt Family Dentistry.

Robyn has received a fellowship certification from the Oral Surgery Academy for General Dentists.  She is knowledgeable in many aspects of pediatric and general dentistry including cosmetic and laser dentistry, oral surgery as well as full-sedation dentistry. She especially loves working with children.

When Dr. Blatt is not busy with her dental practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, discovering new parts of the world, cooking, listening to jazz and electronic dance music, playing hockey, watching hockey and obsessing over the performances of The Toronto Maple Leafs.

Dr. Mohammad Mahfuzar Rahman

Dr. Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman attended the University of Dhaka and received his Dental Surgery Degree in 2001. After practicing general dentistry for 4 years, he completed his specialist degree Master of Surgery (MS) in Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics. He came to Canada in 2012. In 2015, he obtained his license to practice dentistry in Canada. Dr. Rahman is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry including, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and crown and bridge treatment, however, he takes a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry and Endodontics. His goal is to make every patient feel as comfortable as possible by offering a compassionate environment. He is meticulous about delivering high-quality treatment with regards to form, function, and aesthetics. Dr. Rahman is dedicated to the newest advancements in the field of dentistry and keeping pace with the latest technologies.

Dr. Mohammad M Rahman is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, The Ontario Dental Association, The Canadian Dental Association and The Toronto East Dental Society.

Dr. Rahman enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Dr. Waseem Kassas

After graduation, Dr Kassas had been appointed as a clinical instructor in the orthodontic department at Buffalo University, and later he became a Fellow of Royal College of Dentists in Canada.

Away from orthodontics, Dr Kassas enjoys outdoor activities and travelling with his wife Jumana (who’s also a dentist) and his two lovely children.

Dr. Ali Tehrani

With an immense passion towards surgery, Dr. Tehrani was accepted into McGill’s Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Internship program upon completion of his dental degree. During his training he was exposed to a variety of oral and maxillofacial procedures. He also received training in facial trauma including treatment of facial lacerations. Currently Dr. Tehrani focuses on oral surgery procedures including but not limited to, extraction of teeth, wisdom teeth removal, bone grafting, sinus lift procedures, implant placement and providing botox therapy for indicated TMD patients.

Dr. Tehrani is focused on providing his patients with the highest level of dental care. Knowing that dental procedures can be stressful for some patients, he takes the time to fully explain the procedures and ensures patient comfort comes first.

Outside dentistry, Dr. Tehrani enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking and working out. He is also an avid Formula 1 fan, so if you too are into F1 be sure to let him know!
