New Patients at Blatt Family Dentistry

Our comprehensive new patient exam begins with you filling out the New Patient Registration Forms (which can be printed and filled out before you get here or once you arrive). These forms also contain a section about your medical and dental history.  Once the forms are completed, your Dentist will take you into their room and review your information. They will ask questions to get to know you and your expectations for your oral health. This will be followed by an in-depth examination of your mouth, teeth and gums. The Dental Assistant will take any necessary X-rays. We will then review the findings with you either that day or on a subsequent visit. This way, you will understand the treatment(s) that we propose. Different treatment options may be provided and you will have the opportunity to discuss these with the dentist and to ask as many questions as you wish.
